The problem is we're so far removed from the constitution that no one knows they can call the feds on this bluff. Once again, federal laws are only to regulate INTERSTATE commerce. Then these same county sheriffs deputies the next day will arrest some poor cancer patient for using medicinal marijuana purchased legally to help ease their suffering.
