Stop being A-HOLES and legalize it!! Or look at it the us government way, while your getting drunk in your office or at home think of all the money it would bring in and that you can steal from too! It is wiser to get that critter where it hurts. Lead him by the nose-ring and he follows gently. Perhaps it's the same with marijuana. People are being thrown by the district attorneys. I suggest we grab them where it hurts, JURY TRIALS!!!!! How many people on that jury are smokers. It only takes one to hang the proceedings. Let us clog the courts with JURY TRIALS!!!!! A lot can be said about the benefits of marijuana--a lot has been said already--and there can be arguments about it forever, but the real tragedy is that good law-abiding citizens are maligned, mistreated, and criminalized by these absurd laws. It is time to make a change and put an end to laws that discriminate against a person's right to the pursuit of happiness that does not hurt or victimize anyone. I am a law-abiding citizen in my sixties, and yet I was arrested, forced to the ground, handcuffed and put in jail; charged with violating marijuana laws.
A lot can be said about the benefits of marijuana–a lot has been said already–and there can be arguments about it forever, but the real tragedy is that good law-abiding citizens are maligned, mistreated, and criminalized by these absurd laws. It is time to make a change and put an end to laws that discriminate against a person’s right to the pursuit of happiness that does not hurt or victimize anyone.
